Description: Angling licenses (and shellfish licenses effective Jan. 1, 2004) are provided to the OR Youth Authority and the Depart. of Human Resources for the temporary use of any person in a state institution, any student in a youth correction facility or related camps or programs operated by the OR Youth Authority, any child placed and under the care of a foster home or a private nonprofit child-caring agency, or any person in a department alternative to state hospitalization program. Angling licenses are also provided to the Veteran's Administration for temporary use of any person who is a patient or resident in a veteran's administration hospital or domiciliary.
