This license is purchased for a one-time delivery of fish taken commercially. Only one single-delivery landing license per vessel may be obtained and used in lieu of commercial fishing and boat licenses in a 12-month period, except (see prerequisites for details):1. Ocean troll salmon, 2. Ocean pink shrimp, 3. Ocean scallops, 4. Ocean Dungeness crab. Use is limited to 2 ocean Dungeness crab deliveries in any one crab season. The ocean Dungeness crab season is the period from December 1 of one year through August 14 of the next year. This license must be obtained prior to fishing in state waters. If an unlicensed vessel catches food fish outside of state waters, a single-delivery license must be purchased at the time of landing.
