Description: These permits are specific to Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington County.
Permits required to perform any type of structural, plumbing or electrical work to residential or commercial property prior to work commencing.

Duration: 180 Days
Fees - application, exam, etc.:  Depends on the type of work being done.

Insurance Requirements: None
Prerequisites: You must be the property owner doing the work on your primary residence, or a property owner hiring a licensed contractor or be a licensed contractor who is licensed with Building Codes and registered with CCB.

NOTE - These permits are specific to Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington County.
