| Description: |
May connect replacement appliances to existing junction boxes; repair by replacement ballast, lamp holders and equipment that are a part of lighting fixtures. It does not allow the holder to make electrical installations involving services, feeders or branch circuits.

| Prerequisites: |
- Provide and maintain a list of employees and designate an individual within the firm who will act as the signing supervisor which may be one of the following:
- General Supervising electrician, or
- General Journeyman electrician, or
- Qualified Person (QP); an individual who verifies 2000 hours (one year) of appliance repair or replacement work as defined in statute ORS 479.630(12).
- Register the business name with the Secretary of State.
- Hold an active Construction Contractor Board number.
