Summer road construction projects are in full swing throughout the state. Some projects, like the I-405 paving project in Portland or the Oregon 242 project in the Cascades may include closures or detours. Before heading out on the road, check www.tripcheck.com or call 511 for the latest information on construction projects, road conditions and delays.
Remember to stay alert and drive slowing through work zones.
