The proposed study is part of a planned series of projects that examine data-driven decision making, data use, obstacles to data use, and pre-service and in-service training opportunities within the states served by REL Appalachia. Because data have become an integral part of accountability, districts are developing visions for data use, the technological infrastructure, and the capacity to support data use. This project will document issues around data use at the district level.
