The Permitting Section handles the issuance, renewal, and modification of air quality permits in North Carolina. Currently, more than 2,500 facilities hold air quality permits in the state.
Facility Document Search
Facility Document Search is for facilities with active air permits. The pdf version of the final signed permit is being entered for air permits issued after January 1, 2013. Note: At this time this search does not include the permits issued by the three North Carolina Local Programs in Mecklenburg, Forsyth, and Buncombe Counties.
Air Quality Permits
Annual Compliance Certification Form OR
Annual compliance certification is required under 40 CFR 70.6(c), 15A NCAC Sections 2Q.0508(t) and 2Q.0508(bb), and Section 3-General Condition P of the Title V Operating Permit.
