Approved Onsite Wastewater Treatment Products and Product Approval

Tanks and Distribution Units

Only those tank sizes and configurations that are listed on the “List of Approved Tanks and Distribution Units” are approved for installation currently.

The Department will conduct one review per tank application to determine compliance with the applicable rules. After review, tank plans and installation manuals requiring correction will be returned to the manufacturer and engineer. All application materials returned for correction must be re-submitted to the Department within 60 days of notification. If there is a failure to correct all noted deficiencies and/or the information requested is not submitted within 60 days it will result in a new application fee assessment to continue the approval process.
