The New Jersey Administrative Code
(N.J.A.C.) is an official publication of the State of New Jersey.
The Code contains all effective rules adopted by State agencies
and filed with the Office of Administrative Law pursuant to the
Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq., and the
Office of Administrative Law Rulemaking Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:30. The
rules of the Departrment of Corrections are established within N.J.A.C.
Title 10A, Corrections. The New Jersey Administrative Code is published
by West Group, 610 Opperman Dr., P.O. Box 64526. St. Paul, MN 55164-0526.
The New Jersey Register (N.J.R.)
is an official periodical publication containing notices of proposed
rules and rules adopted by State agencies pursuant to the Administrative
Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq. The N.J.R is issued twice
monthly by West Group, 610 Opperman Dr., P.O. Box 64526, St. Paul,
MN 55164-0526, under the direction of the New Jersey Office of Administrative
Law.
