• Civil Rights Commission to Host Meeting, Public Forum in Allendale On August 24, 2009, the Michigan Civil Rights Commission will hold a formal meeting and public forum. This will take place at 101 Loutit Lecture Hall (Henry Hall) on the campus of Grand Valley State University in Allendale.
• Victims Of Crime Act (VOCA) Training (FY 2009) The Michigan Crime Victim Services Commission (CVSC) has again partnered with the Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR) and the Michigan Alliance Against Hate Crime (MIAAHC) to offer workshops on cultural competence and hate crime to those who provide services to victims of crime.
