FHWA's Recreational Trails Program is providing financial support through the American Council of Snowmobile Associations.
The ISC brings together snowmobile and groomer manufacturers, leaders of snowmobile organizations, grassroots snowmobilers, snowmobile publication staff, snowmobile administrators, government representatives, and other people interested in snowmobiling.
