New Jersey Highlands Council | Highlands Project Review

The Highlands Council is legislatively charged with reviewing proposed projects throughout the Highlands Region, including both the Preservation Area and the Planning Area, for consistency with the goals, requirements, and provisions of the Highlands RMP. The Highlands Council issues consistency determinations that provide a detailed analysis of each project on a case-by-case basis.

Projects Under Consideration

Dec. 18, 2008:

The Highlands Council is accepting public comment on the following project, which may be discussed at the Highlands Council meeting on February 26, 2009. Public comments must be received on or before January 30, 2009.
