OCSE is responsible for the delivery of child support services under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act. OCSE assists both individuals and employers with information and services pertaining to child support laws. OCSE consists of about 800 employees whose work is crucial to the collection and disbursement of support payments for tens of thousands of children.
Child Support Payment Information
Recent payment information can be accessed by linking to OCSE Web Pay or by calling the Automated Voice Response system toll free at 1-800-264-2445. Both are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These services are available only for cases being paid through the Arkansas Office of Child Support Enforcement.
