Welcome to Arizona @ Your Service™, the World Wide Web information portal for the state of Arizona. Our portal is designed to be your 'window' into the state government, making it easier for you to locate the information and service you need, ranging from public safety to cultural events and recreational activities. If there's something you can't find, we want to know!

The Search box, which appears in the header of all our pages, allows you to type a keyword or phrase (in quotes) and select the "Go" button or ENTER key to retrieve a list of results that most closely match your query. Only the top 20 documents found will be displayed.

Throughout our site, you will find that selecting the Arizona @ Your Service™ logo will always return you to the main Home page.
  • To the right of the logo is a selectable More Search Options area. Clicking on this area will take you to a page that provides quick access to Arizona's popular search engines: ALIS (Arizona Legislative Information Service) which provides detailed searches for legislative bills and the Arizona State Library which provides detailed searches of the library, archives, and public records via their "FindIt!" search engine.
  • Beneath the Search field is a menu bar with links to Home, FAQs, our Agency Directory, Cities and Counties within Arizona that have web sites, Online Services, News and Arizona Events.
  • Below the logo, a set of Site Topics appears. Clicking on any one of these navigation buttons will take you to the main page for that group. These selections are designed to take you to information specific to the topic of your interest.
  • A standard set of navigational links can be found at the bottom of most of our web site pages. These link back to our Privacy Policy, our Usability Compliance policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, a method to Contact Arizona, a Site Map and this Help page.
  • To return to the page you previously visited, just press your browser's Back Button.

Each of our new pages has been designed to be "text-only" friendly and considerate of users accessing the site with special devices, such as screen readers, whenever possible. We use descriptive (ALT tags) words to supplement graphics. All pages of the site can be navigated even if you turn off image loading in your browser.

This site has been validated through "Bobby" - a website accessibility evaluation tool. For details on how PDF files can be translated to text for screen readers, visit access.adobe.com.

The pages are designed to download as quickly as possible using 56K modem connections to the Internet. Our pages are 800 pixels wide and print best in landscape mode. Graphics have been optimized to maintain quality at the smallest possible file size.

These pages have been tested completely using Netscape 4 and up Internet Explorer 4 and up on both PC and Mac platforms.

If you experience technical difficulties, let us know by e-mailing your comments to our Webmaster using the Contact Arizona link on the bottom of each page
