Minimum Qualifications:

Requires two years of education with major coursework in office support or business or office education and two years of experience performing a variety of complex office support, clerical or secretarial work which included opportunities for functioning as a project coordinator, team leader or lead worker.

Summary of Work:

Primary duties involve monitoring child support cases on FACSES (Fully Automated Child Support Enforcement System) computer system; completing case alerts as appropriate; locating parties in a case and/or their employers and assets as necessary through automated systems; determining the availability of medical insurance coverage and issuing national medical support notice orders based upon court orders and policy; serving as primary contact for employers and customers responding to their inquiries; determining accuracy of and entering demographic and case information into the FACSES computer system; assisting Investigative staff with periodic reviews for license suspension and jurisdictional issues; and providing backup to primary receptionists as needed.  Must be able to manage cases with complex enforcement issues.  Operation of personal computer with specific knowledge of word processing is needed.
