How to Find Changes in EDGAR:

To find changes to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), go to the Government Printing Office (GPO) ACCESS site and browse the List of Sections Affected (LSA) at the following link: http://www.gpoaccess.gov/lsa/browse.html. For example, the June 2008 LSA lists all the changes to Title 34 for the prior year (July 1, 2007-June 30, 2008); then you can click on the most recent month listed after the June LSA to get the changes made from July 1, 2008 through the end of that month. If you need to check for even more recent changes, use the following site: http://www.gpoaccess.gov/lsa/index.html and click on: "Last Month's List of CFR Parts Affected" and on "Current List of CFR Parts Affected"
