The After Action Report Template (8 pages), recommended by the Bureau of Emergency Management, is a tool for use following  preparedness exercises and drills, such as the tabletop drill that is required as part of the pandemic planning initiative.   All Hazards Regions (AHRs) can use this template to document the performance of exercise-related tasks and makes recommendations for improvements.  This template meets requirements from the US Department for Homeland Security.
