NCDC Webinars
A Webinar (a nickname for Web conferencing) is used to conduct meetings or presentations among a group of participants via the Internet. In a web conference, each attendee is at his or her own computer and, through the Internet, is connected to the other conference participants. The NCDC uses Webinars to provide information useful to groups of people.
Diesel Emissions Quantifier (DEQ) Webinar
The Diesel Emissions Quantifier (DEQ) is an interactive tool to help state/local governments, fleet owners/operators, school districts, municipalities, contractors, port authorities, and others to estimate emission reductions and cost effectiveness for clean diesel projects. Estimates are made using specific information about a fleet.
If you are applying to EPA, or some other Federal or state/local funding assistance program, the DEQ will help you to prepare and submit your diesel emissions data to EPA. EPA has built the DEQ based on existing EPA tools and guidance and it can be used by potential grantees, state and local governments, metropolitan planning organizations, and fleet owners and operators, among others. The information in the webinar is for anyone who uses or is planning to use the DEQ to calculate emissions reductions for clean diesel projects.
