In July, the Michigan Civil Rights Commission began accepting testimony on the state of migrant and seasonal farmworkers in Michigan. On August 24, 2009, the Michigan Civil Rights Commission will hold a formal meeting and public forum. This will take place at 101 Loutit Lecture Hall (Henry Hall) on the campus of Grand Valley State University in Allendale.
