California will receive Recovery Act funds to support a variety of programs that do not map directly to one of the defined California Recovery Investment Categories. Programs funds that are available in this category include several related to agriculture, defense, Indian Affairs, National Endowment for the Arts, community service/Americorps and Veterans Affairs. Additionally, there are discretionary funds available to the Governor which can be used for public safety and other government services including education.

Included in this listed is information related to programs where there are currently no funds allocated to California. Many of these programs are related to federal agencies and departments. However, in order to provide transparency to the citizens of California, we have made this information available.
