For the past three years, Heart Gallery of Oregon has partnered with DHS to help find adoptive homes for Oregon foster children. Now the professional portraits of some of the children who have found homes through this unique collaboration will be displayed in the Barbara Roberts Human Services Building in Salem as visible reminders of the DHS mission.
