The Records Management and Declassification Agency (RMDA) has HQDA level responsibility for the entire spectrum of the Army's interrelated records management programs including Army Records Management, Army Freedom of Information, Army Privacy, Joint Services Records Research, and Declassification of Army Records.

Mr. Raho has been the Director of the Records Management and Declassification Agency for over nine years. Under his leadership, RMDA has seen substantial growth and development due to the important responsibility and effort in providing Army-wide records management, declassification, claims research, and freedom of information and privacy support.
