To log in, you will need to know your license number that is available from the Department's Public Database.

To change employers, you will need the new employer's (Brokerage's) license number. If you are hiring to a branch location, make sure you have the correct license number for that branch. (The license number for a branch will end with numbers greater than 000, i.e., 001, 002, etc.)

To renew your license or request employment by a broker, the designated broker of your current or prospective employer must first have registered with the Department; however, inactive licensees can renew online without the broker approval requirement.

To register, the broker must log on to the system, agree to the terms and conditions, and provide an email address.

There are two ways to access the Real Estate Licensing online system: you can either enter your License Number, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth; or, if you have previously logged in and created a password, then you can enter just your license number and password.
