Advertised Projects Special Provisions and Addenda
Projects are stored in separate folders named by their district number. Project folders include the Special Provisions for Caltrans construction projects, and the Project Plans. The Special Provisions are available in Microsoft Word (doc) or Adobe portable document format (pdf). The Project Plans are in TIFF file format. (more info)
