Agency Participation Agreement (APA)

The Agency will establish a processing relationship for the Card Acquiring Service by completing and submitting the Agency Participation Agreement (APA) to FMS for approval. The completed agreement should be returned to Dena Corson, Card Acquiring Specialist, by e-mail (dena.corson@fms.treas.gov) or fax to (202) 874-6965. The APA may also be mailed to the following address:
