American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) provides significant new funding for transportation infrastructure. Sections 1201 and 1512 of ARRA require the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) to report monthly employment data on ARRA-funded projects to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
