Texas Comptroller Susan Combs Releases the Biennial Revenue Estimate to the 81st Legislature and the Governor. (Jan. 12, 2009)
Combs officially issued her Biennial Revenue Estimate during a press conference in Austin on Jan. 12, 2009. Combs said the state can expect to have $77.1 billion available for general-purpose spending during the 2010-11 biennium.
