Yes, you may qualify for Food Stamps!
Food stamps are available to low-income households, including families, couples without children, individuals, seniors, disabled persons, legal immigrants and victims of family violence.
Eligibility:
Eligibility depends on several factors like income, household size, resources, etc. The current resource limit is $2,000. (For seniors, the resource limit is $3,000.)
There are two ways to apply for Food Stamps: you can apply at your County Welfare Agency or online.
