Federal Register Notice: State Broadband Data and Development Grant Program Clarification. On August 7, 2009, NTIA released the following Notice clarifying the information collection requirements for the State Broadband Data and Development Grant Program (Broadband Mapping Program).

TV Converter Box Coupon Program TV Converter Box Coupon Program Toolkit: NTIA, which administers the TV Converter Box Coupon Program, is pleased to provide Members of Congress and their staff with an updated “DTV Toolkit for Congressional Offices” to aid outreach to constituents regarding the TV Converter Box Coupon Program (Coupon Program) and the nation’s transition to all-digital broadcasting, which will occur on June 12, 2009.

Non-Federal License Applications Being Coordinated with NTIA: Non-federal users can now check the status of their spectrum applications going through coordination with NTIA/IRAC (those for federal/non-federal shared bands). Where NTIA/IRAC has completed its response, the applicant should contact the FCC regarding any further action that may be required concerning the NTIA/IRAC response.
