Payments for Epogen Administered at Lancaster General Hospital Dialysis Center, Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Executive Summary

Between January 1, 2004, and June 30, 2006, Lancaster General Hospital Dialysis Center did not meet Medicare payment requirements for some dates of service for 3 of the 100 claims reviewed and received an overpayment of $32. Also, the Dialysis Center policies and procedures were not always followed.
