The Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) website enables grantees to manage current grants on-line, including submission of SF-269A Quarterly Financial Status Reports (FSR). To enter the COPS on-line Financial Status Reporting system, please select the "Account Access" hyperlink located in the upper right-hand corner of the COPS home page.

If you need assistance to access the system or complete the form, please contact the COPS Response Center at 1-800-421-6770 or visit the COPS Online account access page for more information. All COPS grantees are required to submit quarterly reports using an SF-269A. Please note that the COPS Office strongly encourages all grantees to report on-line through the Internet at the COPS 269A website. Preprinted SF-269A forms will no longer be faxed or mailed to grantees. If you are unable to submit on-line, please fax the completed signed report to (202) 616-9004 or (202) 514-2852.
