Office-Based Grant Reviews 

Office-Based Grant Reviews (OBGRs) allow the COPS Office to monitor compliance for as many grants as possible without having to conduct site visits. OBGRs consist of an internal review of a grantee's annual progress reports and quarterly financial status reports, supplemented by information provided through direct contact with the grantee and the collection of additional supporting documentation to insure compliance with grant requirements and conditions.
