The Performance Reporting Information System (PRISM) was established to collect, analyze, and report on:

Workforce development services,
Customers receiving these services, and
Employment outcomes after receiving services.

Three agencies, representing six programs participate in PRISM. The three agencies include Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development, Department of Human Services, and the Employment Department.

New Data Source Increases Statewide Placement Rate
PRISM has a new data source. Placement and Retention reports now include placement and retention employment performance for individuals who received services from Oregon's workforce development system and went to work in another state.
