FILE YOUR ANNUAL REPORT AND PAY BUSINESS ENTITY TAX Current News IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CHANGES IN FORMS AND FEES EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2009. Effective August 1, 2009, there will be a change in the Division of Corporations forms and fees. Any documents or requests received prior to August 1st will not be affected. This is not the date the document or request is mailed but the date the document is physically received in the office.
