The City of Poughkeepsie, owner of 16 Pershing Avenue, is seeking qualifications and proposals from real estate development firms, businesses or qualified individuals to purchase and redevelop this vacant building and property.
Developers with experience in the following areas are sought: adaptive use, offices, mixed- uses, retail, restaurant, or other uses with civic/cultural/entertainment components. In the proposal, the respondents should be able to demonstrate their abilities in concept development, market analysis, financial feasibility studies, success in assembling funds and successful development and/or business operation. Demonstrated ability to correctly sequence, coordinate, and perform pre-development investigations and activities are desired characteristics.
