ORDER REVOKING DETENTION as to Robert Alan Soloway, defendant is released to Halfway House pending trial.

ORDER CONTINUING TRIAL DATE granted - Jury trial is set for 1/7/2008

6/13/07

Robert Alan Soloway is ORDERED to remain detained pending trial.

6/6/07
The Detention hearing is set for 6/13/07 at 9:00 AM.

5/30/07

At the arraignment hearing Robert Alan Soloway plead not guilty to the charges filed against him in the Indictment. As a result a jury trial date has been set for August 6, 2007 at 9:00 AM.

5/23/07

A federal grand jury in Seattle, Washington returned an 37-Count Indictment against Robert Alan Soloway and Newport Internet Marketing Corporation.

The public is reminded that the Indictment against the defendants contains only allegations, and that all defendants must be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
