These pages contain guidance and information about the OASIS SYSTEM (Operational and Administration System for Import Support) Current Import Alerts FDA's Import Alerts provides guidance to district offices concerning unusual or new problems affecting imported products or provides guidance for detention without physical examination of products which appear to be in violation of the law. Access to Import Refusal Report (Formerly "Detentions") Monthly Refusal reports of imported products which appear violative under the laws enforced by FDA. (Detention reports have been replaced see Obsolete Detentions page for explanation.) Access to Import for Export FDA's guidance to field offices regarding the procedures to be used for evaluating importation of violative articles (including drug and device components, food and color additives, and dietary supplements) intended for further processing and export.
