If you would like a Bonus Application for Desert Storm, Vietnam, etc. you can download a copy of the bonus application [PDF, 6.7KB], print it out, fill it in, and mail it to us. Individuals currently on active duty who served in the Persian Gulf may apply prior to discharge by also including the Armed Forces Certificate [PDF, 4.9KB].
