Top 20 Butterflies (21 Photos)
At Terra Vista Natural Study Area, Citizen Scientists have been monitoring butterflies since 1997 as part of an Ohio long-term monitoring program. The butterflies are listed in order of frequency, with the pearl crescent being the most common.
Citizen Scientists help monitor natural resource conditions and trends, detect early indicators of change, and provide vital information to park managers.
