Abstract: This document is the fact sheet for the final listing of automobile refinish coatings, consumer products and architectural coatings for regulation under the Clean Air Act (Section 183(e)). The final listing prioritizes these three categories of consumer and commercial products for regulation under the Clean Air Act. Consumer and commercial products include surface coating products used in industrial manufacturing operations; personal care products (e.g., deodorants); household cleaning products and household pesticides.
