"Ready for Reuse" is a new measure of success for all the Louisiana and Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) cleanup programs. Developed by EPA Region 6 in Dallas and embraced by the state, it is now a key component of EPA's National Land Revitalization Action Agenda. It provides a "regulatory determination" that recognizes when the conditions on the property are protective of human health and the environment, and safe for reuse, development, or continued use based on the current and planned future use(s) of the property.
