I have just learned of the Federal Trade Commission proposal to let the "MADE IN USA” label be put on foreign made products. Products with "significantly transformed parts and components” or "were last substantually trans- formed" here.
I believe this would be FRAUD on the American public. "MADE IN U.S.A." means "all or virtually all" domestic parts and labor.

Please do not aid the FTC with this FRAUD by doing nothing. Made in USA means just that. Lets not let it become just another advertising gimmick.
