We welcome suggestions for additional presentation and discussion topics. Mark your calendars and save the dates for MARINE's 9th Annual Workshop! Further information will be sent as it becomes available. Let us know if there are individuals who would like to be added or dropped from our Workshop email list.

The event began with a morning Science Panel meeting and discussions on MARINe's potential role in oil spill response and damage assessment, and ended with a "Go-Kit" demonstration at the MARINe Point Fermin site. The keynote address, given by Dr. Steve Weisberg, Director of the Southern California Coastal Water Research Project, focused on MARINe's interface with long-term water quality monitoring. The workshop was attended by scientists from over 25 individual organizations. |
