Bankruptcy Administrator Appointed for WDNC
The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has unanimously selected
Linda W. Simpson as Bankruptcy Administrator for the Western
District of North Carolina. Simpson will begin service effective
July 20, 2009. Her appointment is conditioned on completion of a
background investigation. Simpson first served as Bankruptcy
Administrator in this District from 1988 to 2003. We welcome her
