Chief Judge Carol A. Doyle - Original Motion / Adversary Schedule

NOTICE REGARDING HANDLING OF JUDGE DOYLE’S CASES FROM JUNE 1, 2009 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2009

Judge Doyle will be participating in the court’s Calendar Adjustment Program from June 1, 2009 through August 31, 2009. All documents in her cases should continue to be filed with Judge Doyle’s name on them and noticed for hearing according to the schedule listed below. All Ch. 7 and Ch. 11 new motions should continue to be noticed for 10:00 a.m. before Judge Doyle in Courtroom 742 and will be heard as follows:

     
  June 2 through June 30 - Judge Squires in Courtroom 680 (Tuesday and Thursday) No court call on Thursday, June 11
     
  July 2 through July 28 - Judge Hollis in Courtroom 644 (Tuesday and Thursday)
     
  July 29 through August 26 - Judge Wedoff in Courtroom 744 (Tuesday and Wednesday) Beginning July 29th and continuing through August 26, all motions will be heard on TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY

ALL WORK WILL BE PROCESSED BY JUDGE DOYLE’S STAFF AND FORWARDED TO THE APPROPRIATE JUDGE.


Judge Doyle will not be sitting the following dates:
Monday May 18, 2009
Tuesday May 19, 2009
Thursday June 11, 2009

Courtroom No. 742

Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Motions
Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m.

Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Adversaries
Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m.
 

Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Status hearings
Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m.

 New motions in adversary proceedings should be noticed for 10:00 a.m. unless the underlying adversary is up for status on the same day. If the adversary is up for status, new adversary motions can be noticed for the same time as the adversary status.

AN ORDER WILL BE ENTERED ON THOSE MOTIONS THAT ARE; GRANTED WITHOUT HEARING; UNLESS AN OBJECTING PARTY REQUESTS THAT THE COURTROOM DEPUTY CALL THE CASE IN OPEN COURT.

Notes: If you will be setting more than Ten (10) Adversary Status Hearing Dates on a Bankruptcy Matter please contact the Judges Chambers for the Day and Time for said Hearing.
