1. With the adoption of the Code of Conduct for Judicial Employees on September 19, 1995, the Judicial Conference repealed the Code of Conduct for Clerks (and Deputy Clerks), the Code of Conduct for United States Probation Officers (and Pretrial Services Officers), the Code of Conduct for Circuit Executives, the Director of the Administrative Office, the Director of the Federal Judicial Center, the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Justice, and All Administrative Office Employees Grade GS-15 and Above, the Code of Conduct for Staff Attorneys of the United States, the Code of Conduct for Federal Public Defenders, and the Code of Conduct for Law Clerks.
2.With the adoption of the Code of Conduct for Federal Public Defenders Employees on September 19, 1995, the Judicial Conference repealed the Code of Conduct for Federal Public Defenders.
