2008 CLE Credit Information

The Bankruptcy Court hosts a one day seminar especially designed for bankruptcy paralegals and support staff every two years. The seminar consists of a continental breakfast, speakers on a variety of bankruptcy related topics, a guest speaker, usually one of our judges who speaks on topics which allow you to see a more personal side of them, a buffet lunch and entertainment. The registration fee was $50.00 which includes the meals and written materials. Six hours of CLE credit, including one hour of ethics is provided.

PE credit is self reporting. In order to receive credit for attending the 2008 seminar, you will need to report this event when it is time for you to do your annual re-certification. The following information will need to be posted on your form:
