Local Rules
Changes to the local rules for the Western District of Washington, as well as supplemental patent rules, will take effect at 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2009, and will apply to cases then pending and to case filed after January 1st. Below are links to the general orders, amended local general and civil rules, as well as the adopted supplemental patent rules. In addition to the final versions, the redline versions of the general and civil rules are also provided for reference. Electronic copies of the rules are also viewable on the public access terminals located next to the Clerk's Office in both Seattle and Tacoma courthouses. |
