To find out when the next Medicare Beneficiary Ombudsman Open Door Forum (ODF) is scheduled, please see the Related Links Inside CMS to sign up on the Mailing List. A Mailing List notice will be sent out at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date. The Medicare Beneficiary Ombudsman ODF will provide an opportunity for beneficiaries and their caregivers and advocates to publicly interact with the Medicare Beneficiary Ombudsman to discuss issues and concerns regarding ways to improve the systems and processes within the Medicare program. The Office of the Medicare Beneficiary Ombudsman welcomes your feedback on its ODF. We want to ensure these forums are topical, address your information needs, and provide you with the opportunity to share with the Ombudsman feedback on program successes and opportunities to improve the beneficiary's service experience. Please submit ODF feedback or suggestions (via the link under the "Related Links Inside CMS" section below) to let us know if this ODF meets your needs and how it might be improved. We also welcome suggestions on topics for future ODFs. Please note that this link is for feedback and suggestions for the Ombudsman ODF and not for general questions or comments. If you have general questions or comments you can submit them via the Medicare Beneficiary Ombudsman webpage via the link in the "Related Links Inside CMS" section below.
