National Dispute Resolution Program Meeting – Denver, CO
Week of June 22, 2009

The 2009 National Dispute Resolution Program (DRP) Meeting will be held the week of June 22 at the CMS Denver Regional Office (RO), located at 1600 Broadway, Suite 700, Denver, Colorado 80202.

This meeting is a continuation of the highly successful DRP National Meetings held in Baltimore, and previously in Denver. Due to the limited availability of conference rooms at the RO for this week, we are only able to accommodate the following labelers:

Wyeth – Tuesday

Amgen - Wednesday

In order to assure that the labelers have an adequate number of States in attendance to ensure productive and successful face to face meetings, States that are interested in meeting with these labelers should register as soon as possible, and no later than Friday, June 5.  Prior planning by all parties is absolutely imperative to the success of these meetings.  Therefore, you may register by completing the registration information below and e-mailing it to DRP@cms.hhs.gov.

Registration Information: Please indicate the name, phone number, and e-mail address of each person attending; and whether they will be attending the entire three days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), or for just part of the week, by specifying which days.

Regarding hotels, participants of last year's meeting found accommodations at the Sheraton Denver Hotel located at 1550 Court Place, phone: 303-893-3333.  If you are unable to secure your own reservations and need assistance, send an e-mail to DRP@cms.hhs.gov, and we will try to assist you.
